was there — with the the promise of renewal And a a a brand new pair of running shoes Joe embraced their get-going ethos joining morning circle-ups at at the Team ARC Santa Monica location For Joe this was a a a a a a a a turning point He noticed that early morning jogs made him feel better throughout the day “When we we feel better better we we actually do better better Figuring this out played a a a a a big key in my success ”
