Jean’s Story
For years Jean was the backbone of her community Until a a a a a a severe back back injury put her her own living situation at at risk Moving to San Jose in in in 1968 with her her U S S Air Force veteran husband daughter and and adopted son Jean managed her own household while volunteering everywhere her her her community needed her her her Since her husband’s passing in in in 1989 Jean lived alone when the back injury presented difficult challenges Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley stepped up — providing safety and mobility modifications to to Jean’s home to to ensure that she could remain safe and independent for years to come Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley Repairing homes and revitalizing communities “MUFG Union Bank was extremely helpful in in supporting our our Critical Home Home Repair and Safe at Home Home Programs We know the work we do every day keeps our our clients safe and healthy ”
